This is an initiative to build education system for unprivileged Adivasi children and open education temples in interior and untouched areas like Gadchiroli and Melghat and many more. Our intention is to use our resources, people, and ideas to help educate the children who need it the most.

We all use water in many ways that include drinking, bathing, washing and watering our lawns, but water is a limited resource. That is why it is important that we all find ways to conserve water every day in every way.

Skill Development Program For Rural Development was set up to generate employment for adivasi "Bamboo Handicraft" workers, especially adivasi women workers.

As a Corporate social responsibility towards Environment protection, MAIIL Unit - I also Installed Evaporation plant for the reduction of effluent generated by distillery expansion (45000 LPD) on the Basis of Reduce,Recycle or Reuse the effluent load and simultaneously help to protect the environment.

MAIIL has successfully completed a blood donation camp, which was held at Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited, UNIT - V, on 22nd March, 2016. This was made possible with the help of JCI Group, Umred and Life Line Blood Bank, Nagpur.

Through this initiative we have extended a helping hand and provided medical facilities to the poor people of society.

MANAS has provided ownership houses to the workers of Indorama at Butibori, in Nagpur at Veer Savarkar Nagar, at a subsidized rate of Rs. 450/ft.
